Just in case anyone needs this info. I have tried all of these and they work differently for different people. The top one is my favorite.

Lemon Balm Tea
Rose Tea
Peppermint Tea
Valerian Root Tea
Lavender Tea
Chamomile tea is incredible and I swear by it. I drink it every morning for two reasons; 1) it helps calm me and allows me to ease into my day, and 2) having something warm in the morning comforts me which is calming in and of itself.
i'm not a tea drinker but i'm willing to give it a try if it'll help calm my anxiety especially at night. for some reason, nighttime is the worst for me.
I started drinking tea a year ago and it really helps...especially at night to calm my mind.
