i don't know what's going on lately but there are times where i feel like i can't catch my breath. i'm not sure why or what even triggers it but it's really uncomfortable. i'm pretty sure it's bc my anxiety has been worse lately but i've never felt this way even when my anxiety has been bad. i don't know how to get it under control so that feeling goes away.

jules have you talked to your doctor about this? i think it might be a symptom of your anxiety. i've had that happen before when i'm super stressed. i feel like i can't breathe normally or catch my breath properly.

i haven't talked to my doctor about this yet bc i figured it was a symptom of my anxiety but i'll mention it to my therapist during our next session. it helps to know that i'm not alone in this. it's not too bad now but it can sometimes feel scary in the moment.
