ugh, i'm having such a rough morning. today and yesterday were super stressful days and my anxiety is at an all time high because of it. i feel like i want to crawl out of my own skin. also my body feels achy and my head is throbbing. i don't know what to do. i feel like i'm spiraling and my anxiety keeps getting worse. i don't want to have a panic attack and when i think about that it all gets worse. what do i do? how do i shake this all off?

Oh no Bali, I'm sorry for what you're going through and that your stress is so bad. Can you get out for some exercise? I swear by it. Whenever I'm feeling anxious and stressed I will go for a walk or run outside. This helps melt everything off and away. I hope that your day gets a lot better.

thanks pixie! i don't exercise a lot but when i do it helps a lot with my anxiety. i did get outside and walked around for a bit then sat on a park bench and listened to relaxing music. i also did some breathing exercises. i'm feeling better than i was earlier.

Hi Bali Bae, how are you feeling today? I hope you were able to shake off the intense anxiety. I know that feeling and in the moment it is tough. But one thing we know about those moments is that they do pass.
