Hi Everyone, I downloaded the calm app on my phone and I listen to it every day now. It has been a total lifesaver. Even if I'm at work, I'll walk outside and do a 5 min "emergency" meditation which will calm me down immediately. I don't know how and why I didn't do this sooner. I highly recommend it. This is going to be a game changer when I travel now too. They have so many different types of meditations.

I love Calm! It's my saving grace although I have to admit that I haven't been using it lately and that's why I'm in the state that I'm in. Reading your post got me motivated to start up again and I'm going to do that today.

Thank you for the recommendation. I am looking for a good meditation app for my upcoming travels. I especially need it for the flights.

I've heard of it and I will be downloading it for my upcoming travels. I'm really going to need it this holiday season :-)
