I have tried to find some natural ways to help me get through my stress. The stress is the number one thing that triggers my anxiety. I have another post up where I talk about the meds I am taking but I do not want that to be a long term plan. I have read that coconut oil might not be a cure for anxiety but it can help with stress which, for me, causes my anxiety. I bought some coconut type paste last week and I am taking one spoon a day. I will let people know if this works. But I gotta give it time.
