I have been trying to find more natural ways to help calm my mind and ease my anxiety. I am currently taking lorazepam on a daily basis but I would like to see if there is something else that could help. I have been reading more and more that CBD oil can help reduce the feeling of anxiety and is really good for calming. Has anyone here tried it or had good experience with it?

i personally haven't but my best friend uses it daily and swears by it. she's had really bad anxiety for years and said that nothing worked as well for her as cbd. she said that it makes her feel calm and she still feels like herself bc meds always made her feel off and groggy. i've been wanting to try it bc i want to try something a lot more natural than meds.

i use it and it helps me with day-to-day anxiety. i like it because it's all-natural and doesn't make me feel loopy. i feel like myself but a more relaxed version of myself. but when my anxiety is really bad and i feel panicky, it doesn't work as well for me, that's when i need to turn to medication that my doctor gave me.

i haven't tried it but maybe it's something that'll help calm me down and mellow me out. i'm so wound up all the time and my mind races with worry constantly. i'm looking for a good natural alternative to help relax my mind.
