stress has been too much lately to the point where it's keeping me up all night. last night i woke up every hour on the hour, its been so bad. and my anxiety during the day is on another level then it normally is. i don't know what to do anymore. my financial and business stress is so overwhelming that sometimes i feel like i can't breathe and i don't know how to get to a better place. i am so exhausted and can't even think straight anymore which means i can't focus on how to get myself and my business to a better place. i am at a total loss.

Hi Jules, I'm sorry to hear that. I understand that feeling of being totally wiped out from anxiety. I've been there a lot more often than not over the past few years. It's something that can be frustrating but I think it's all about taking time for yourself and taking good care of yourself. Sometimes we run ourselves ragged and forget to take care of ourselves in the midst of stress and anxiety.

I feel the same way. I just posted that I am starting to feel real physical pain and it seems to be getting worse.
