has anyone here used cbd to replace their meds for anxiety? been reading more and more about it and how some people have gone off their anxiety meds and replaced it with cbd. i want to go more natural with my treatment but I'm afraid to mix anything like that with my current meds. how do you replace meds with cbd? curious to know if anyone here has done it. thanks :-)

Hi Bali, I haven't tried it yet but a close friend of mine uses it daily for her anxiety. She is a really big advocate of it and says that its been life-changing. I am waiting for a stressful period to pass and then I want to replace the medication that I am taking with cbd. It worked well for my friend and I am hoping that it will do the same for me.

i have in the past but then my anxiety was so bad that i got on meds which i now regret bc i feel like i'm in this cycle of meds and can't get off of them without severe repercussions. i'm scared to get off of them, the thought of it gives me anxiety. i would love to be on something natural like cbd again. it helped me so much and never made me feel bad. but i went through a trauma and my anxiety spiraled out of control. i was so desperate that i saw a psychiatrist and he gave me meds. i hope to get off of them and get back on cbd soon.
