I am so ready for the holiday season to be over. My anxiety has been on another level, its been harder to manage. I've been dealing with so much pressure from family and friends to be everywhere. All of those gatherings cause anxiety, not only being there but the lead up that's the worst. I tend to have anxiety over the events weeks leading up to it. Then there's family drama per usual; who's not getting along with who, who doesn't like who, who doesn't want to see who...and so on and so forth. Ugh!!! Can't take it anymore. I am so ready for this holiday season to be over and beyond ready for my normal quiet life again. Anyone else feeling this way?

Oh my gosh Millie, absolutely! I can't deal with the stress of the holiday anymore. There were also birthdays throughout. It was a lot of time with extended family and there's always a lot of stress and drama there. I am so ready to get back to normalcy. I'm getting home this weekend and can't wait. So I am right there with you.
