Difficulty Breathing: A Symptom of Anxiety

Shortness of breath, rapid and shallow breathing is one of the worst symptoms, I believe, because shortness of breath triggers a response of not getting enough air. If your breathing is not flowing correctly, this causes an adrenaline rush from the constant gasps for air. This makes you feel lightheaded, dizzy, or like you may faint.

What you need to know is a breathing technique that will help you immediately so you can breathe comfortably. My free Brighter Days ebook contains an excellent section on how to breathe correctly.

If you have any of these symptoms, please don't suffer any longer and go seek help immediately. Your first step is to get properly diagnosed. Only a professional can diagnose anxiety.
