Working an office all week long can cause you a great amount of stress, physical stress as a result of sitting at a desk all day, emotional stress of a job and mental stress which comes with working such rigid hours. If you are someone who spends your days sat at a desk working 9-5 then you need to find a way to relax within the walls of your work place.

You may think that because you are only working in an office and not exerting yourself very much, that you have less of a need to replace water than someone who has a more physical job but this is not the case and if you want to stay cool and calm in the workplace then make sure that you keep those water levels up.


Eating also can be directly linked to how well you cope with stress and if you are filling up on fatty foods, then you can expect your stress levels to start rising. You are not physically working off the food which you eat at work and this can lead to your feeling bloated and uncomfortable as well as putting your body under pressure, all of this can lead to you being less able to deal with stressful situations.
